This is a hard question for me to ask but I am any way.... My son's penis doesn't exactly have what I can only call a "head"... there is skin that is attatched to where I would think would be the head. Did the doctor perform the operation wrong? The doctor also performed it in the doctor's office when my first son had it done a few days after birth in the hospital. My first son had a normal looking circumcised penis. My second son looks like he still has foreskin??? I am confused at what to do if the doctor did make a mistake. My son is now 7 months old and am scared to have the operation again on him for fear of the pain and memory of the experience.....

You need a second opinion on this. If it has to be redone do it as soon as possible. The younger they are the less they remember. There will be aneasthetics given so the pain will be minimal.

You and that dr have already done enough damage to that poor boy. Leave him alone.

It sounds like he managed to get by with minimal damage and got a loose cut. That means he may not have the painful erections I had when I was a teenager.

I was circumcised 50 years ago at the age of six. I am a victim!

Quit doing this to your boys, it causes pain, unbelievable pain. Sure they give them a shot for surgery but I know the pain lasts for days after. Even babies feel the pain and it has to change them deep inside.

This mutilation is so unnecessary, all they need to do is wash with soap and water and they would be fine. Circumcision doesn't protect from ANY disease or cancer.

Thousands of men are now saying, "Something has been taken from me, I am not whole" They feel resentment towards their parents and hatred for the doctors.

You are taking something that belongs to him, it is not yours to take.

His body. His choice.

I'm not saying it wasn't done incorrectly, but for a long time (probably a year or more) I was also worried because it looked like they hadn't taken off enough skin from my son. He's now 5 and is completely normal looking. I wonder if they just "grow into it".
