What does the navel lead to. can someone get so fat that they pop?

Our navels are tied? that's freaky. uh if it popped it would be like a peep hole into our bodies ha ha gross.

i don't think so, i think once its tied, the knot just kinda dissolves into normal skin that stretches for fatties
