Target, kohls, walmart (tho I try not to shop there), probably most dept. stores. There are also elmo purses -- too cute!

Wal-mart is usually good for that....then try K-mart....Target....pretty much anywhere that sells kid's underwear is a good bet. Elmo is pretty popular so they shouldn't be too hard to find, but if all else fails, try Ebay.

My daughter has Elmo panties...I got them in Target in the infant and toddler section.

My daughter has some and I think we got them at Target. You could also try wal-mart, JC Penney, Kohl's

Try Toys R Us. You can go on-line and look up children panties and it should direct you to where you need to go. Also try ebay.
