Real Champagne comes only from France and there is a difference Champagne is dry the sweet stuff is not champagne my favorite is Laurent-Perrier cuvee rose brut which is a slightly pink champagne. The regular Laurent-perrier is also very nice remember brut is dry and grand brut is very dry read the labels when you buy it to make sure you are buying the right stuff unfortunatly the main way to tell is its expensive real champagne will start around thirty dollars a bottle and go up to Crystal around two hundred fifty a bottle Dom perigon is overated don't buy that. As for foods any kind of seafood goes great with champagne and white sauce pastas

I like both. It is cheap, but my favorite is Tosti Asti Spumante...it is an Italian Sparkling Wine. It is more of a desert wine or celebration wine because it is sweet. I LOVE it.
Boxed wine gives me a headache for some reason.

I like champagne, better. We haven't tried to many but I like the Spumante kind the best not to dry, slightly sweet. Not sure what goes best with it other then fruit or cake at a wedding.

Sparkling, definitely! Those always make for happy times. I love Mumms from CA. Or maybe Schramsberg for a sweeter one.

No reds though, those are the ones that give me serious issues in the morning! :)
