Well that isn't really a fair question because within a split second of talking to Paris Hilton I would also have the headache not to mention severe nausea and also the possibility of projectile vomit (I mean she is VILE)... So the natural answer for anyone who isn't a masochist would be the headache.
To be fair I would choose Chinese water torture or even amputating my own finger rather than have anything to do with Paris Hilton... I think I would need horse tranquilisers for her to be even mildly bearable. The only thing worse would be being forced to listen to her singing career and watch her acting.
Just a personal opinion of course.

I hate headache's but I might hate Paris more. If I only talk to her and don't give her anytime to open her mouth I choose Talk to Paris, but if she has the opportunity to talk ......Bring on the headache!!
