It depends on your weight, and age to begin with. The more you weigh, the more you'll lose. And, the younger you are, the faster you'll lose it.

I was 23 Male, ~260 lbs, and I probably lost 10-12 lbs. or more in the first 2 weeks. Some of that is water weight, which happens anytime you diet.

It's definitely one of the most effective diets, especially in the induction phase. (I did the induction phase for months.)

I'd say about 5 pounds, but it will be mostly water weight. If you really want to lose weight and keep it off you need to start eating a well balanced diet of protein, carbs and fat. Make a lifestyle change.
