This is one my mom used to make for me. You take sliced carrots, cook them in olive oil and then ad brown sugar? It is really good and I was wondering if anyone else has tried it.

i make them similar but i use butter brown sugar and grated ginger they are called ginger glazed carrots....i guess olive oil would work...

yeah..i used to eat them when i was little. we called them candied carrots but i think carots tast better raw
