I try to paint my drawings with oil paints. I am a novice but trying to explore my talents in painting.

You have got no Option but to use Camel Artist Grade Oil colour. Otherwise Hobby Ideas an Art Shop of Mumbai can provide you with International grade good colours.
International Grade Good colours are Winsor Newton, Utretch, Daler Rowney, Grumbacher etc. All these companies got websites which are really helpfull to locate the stores that keeps there items in India.

Just order some paints from say, Utrecht, whatever you can afford, and get them shipped. Although no supply makes up for a lack of talent, you may be restricted by inferior supplies.
