Sex is only meant for begetting children to teach them how to become free from birth and death by developing God consciousness. Other sex entangles us further in the bodily conception of life, and makes us suffer bad consequences, as well as repeated birth and death. People who are serious about spiritual perfection should strictly refrain from illicit sex.

When sex is experienced as the uniting of two people giving of each other in the spirit of love it is not immoral, regardless of any other particulars. In fact, it can be seen as a gift of the Creator and is as close to the experience of God's Love as is possible in this physical incarnation.
The only time sex could be considered "immoral" is if the experience is not a giving and loving experience, but motivated by selfish or controlling emotions.
These are the only guidelines that apply.

Sexual immorality consists of all fleshly desires that are not acceptable to God within the parimiters he gives us for them.
All sexual acts outside of marriage between a man and a woman would be considered sexual immorality or better known to Christians as outside of Gods will for us.

Just as from a Christian standpoint I believe that pre-marital sex is considered to be immorality I also consider immorality to be taking advantage of someone just because an opportunity to do so presents itself.

Any immorality is that which hurts someone. Anything deeper amounts to someone complicating the issue.

Sexual immorality is asking an uninvolved person to rate or otherwise define what is appropriate for you and your partner(s).
That is the most sexually immoral thing a person can do.
And, it is likewise sexually immoral to tell others what to do or how to do it, as relates to sexuality.

Doing something to another who hasn't consented (rape, molestation), or can't consent (animal, child, severely retarded or comatose adult). Lying to someone in order to have sex ("Of course I want to marry you!" "I don't care how much money you make!" "No, I'm not married.") Sneaking around behind someone else's back (having sex with someone else without your partner's consent.)
I'm Pagan.
