Some do and some don't.

Technically, yes it is a sin to have premarital sex weather you are a Christian or not. So no one is supposed to. But no one is perfect either and we all sin. And Christains are people just like everyone else. So to answer you're question, no it's not ok, but unfortunately yes it's done, and consequences follow.

Premarital sex isn't really a Christian Issue. People from other faiths practice abstinence before marriage as well as Christians. But more importantly let me say this. As someone who is a Christian and married and who had a lot of sex before marriage...I wish I would have waited. Not for religious reasons, but I wish my wife would have been my first. All those other people, there in the past and don't mean anything. And sex is so intimate, and so deep, it just makes sense to make the one you are going to marry your first and only.

I think you have to be married and have had premarial sex to truly understand what I just said.

Born again christians according to the bible are not suppose to have sex until they are married. But if a husband and wife where to have sex and they were born again it would be okay. Born again just means that you once were following the teaching of God and you stopped and now you are ready to live for God no matter what.

Well . . . is it wrong for Christian to have sex?

Didn't God created man and woman to have sex?

Didn't Song of Songs taught about sex? Some even believe about oral sex!

Didn't Paul taught taught that better to get marriged than to sin in desire?

Didn't Paul taught that man must give the body to wife, for the body belongs to wife, and vise vesa?

These dullards probably have low-quality, infrequent sex. Imagination, spontaneity, creativity are things they lack, and which make for high-quality sex. Most Christians think sex is dirty. They are hindered by guilt and inhibitions.

Without sex, we wouldnt be here. It is God's plan for us to have families. Which requires the act of sex to produce children. It is a commandment, The first commandment god gave us is to pro-create and replenish the earth. You cannot Pro-create without S-E-X

Yes, born-again Christians have sex and they conceive born-again babies. That is, their babies are reincarnations of people who died before they found Jesus. Isn't that wonderful! Praise the Lord!

According to research, illigitamate births happen at the same rate for people in and out of the church. It's not less or more, but EXACTLY the same.
