There is no part in the bible where Jesus "says" to worship him; instead, he says to give thanks and praise to God, his father. And to worship no other gods before Him.

First off people were always giving him worship. If he were not God he would have told them to get up just like the angels in the Bible did.
Jesus alone accepted worship as an equal with the Father (John 20:28-29; Philippians 2:6), and indeed God the Father states that the Son is to honored as He is honored (John 5:23). All others, whether Jesus’ disciples or angelic beings, reject that worship (Acts 10:25-26; Acts 14:14-15; Matthew 4:10; Revelation 19:10; 22:9).
a. Worship reserved for God only (Luke 4:8; Matthew 4:10: Deuteronomy 6:13)
b. Jesus received worship as God and accepted it.
1. Matthew 8:2 -- Leper worshipped Him
2. John 9:35-39 -- Man born blind, after being healed, "worshipped him."
3. Matthew 14:33 -- Disciples worshipped him
4. Matthew 2:11 -- Magi worshipped Him
c. God commands angels to worship Christ (Hebrews 1:6, 8)

Edwin H. Palmer, Th.D., Executive Secretary for the NIV’s committee wrote:
"We are the victims of 350 years of the King James tradition"
What is one of these traditions? The use of the word worship and Jesus.
In 1611 the word worship did not mean what it means today.
Kings in 1611 were addressed as 'Your Worship'
Why it was a reference of respect to a ruler.
The word worship in 1611 just meant "to bow down to." which is what people did to Jesus, because he was the promised Messiah, or the anointed of Jehovah.
Today the word worship means a quality of the heart directed only to God.
This is way many bibles say "did obeisance" or bowed before Jesus.

One of Christ's great character traits is His overwhelming humility. He shows this by temporarily abstaining from His omnipotence and omnipresence.
Jesus does come right out and tell us that He is the Son of the living God (Matt. 26:64). He also tells us outright that He is the same as the living God (John 10:30). He also tells us outright that He is the promised Messiah (John 4:26).
Thus Christ comes right out and tells us He is God; He then in His humility assumes that those who know God will worship God.

Look in matthew, mark, luke and john HE said to FOLLOW him and whoever follows him shall be with him forever. He didnt use the words worship. Instead Follow me is the same context. Jesus is a shepard and we are his flock. We need to look for him to guide us

There is no exact quote from Jesus, but if you look at other passages he refers this in several ways...
Joh 9:35 Jesus heard that they had put him out, and finding him, He said, "Do you believe in the Son of Man?"
Joh 9:36 He answered, "Who is He, Lord, that I may believe in Him?"
Joh 9:37 Jesus said to him, "You have both seen Him, and He is the one who is talking with you."
Joh 9:38 And he said, "Lord, I believe." And he worshiped Him.
(Jesus did not prevent him from worshiping Him...)
Luk 4:8 Jesus answered him, "It is written, 'YOU SHALL WORSHIP THE LORD YOUR GOD AND SERVE HIM ONLY.'"
Joh 10:30 "I and the Father are one."
Joh 8:29 "And He who sent Me is with Me; He has not left Me alone, for I always do the things that are pleasing to Him."
(If Jesus and the Father are one, then worship of one is worship of the other...)
Mat 23:10 "Do not be called leaders; for One is your Leader, that is, Christ.
Joh 12:26 "If anyone serves Me, he must follow Me; and where I am, there My servant will be also; if anyone serves Me, the Father will honor him.
Joh 14:6 Jesus *said to him, "I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father but through Me.
Joh 14:21 "He who has My commandments and keeps them is the one who loves Me; and he who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and will disclose Myself to him."
(Note: the one who loves Me, will be loved by My Father)
Joh 14:23 Jesus answered and said to him, "If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our abode with him.
(Again: anyone who "loves Me")
Joh 4:10 Jesus answered and said to her, "If you knew the gift of God, and who it is who says to you, 'Give Me a drink,' you would have asked Him, and He would have given you living water."
Joh 4:11 She *said to Him, "Sir, You have nothing to draw with and the well is deep; where then do You get that living water?
Joh 4:12 "You are not greater than our father Jacob, are You, who gave us the well, and drank of it himself and his sons and his cattle?"
Joh 4:13 Jesus answered and said to her, "Everyone who drinks of this water will thirst again;
Joh 4:14 but whoever drinks of the water that I will give him shall never thirst; but the water that I will give him will become in him a well of water springing up to eternal life."
Joh 4:15 The woman *said to Him, "Sir, give me this water, so I will not be thirsty nor come all the way here to draw."
Joh 4:16 He *said to her, "Go, call your husband and come here."
Joh 4:17 The woman answered and said, "I have no husband." Jesus *said to her, "You have correctly said, 'I have no husband';
Joh 4:18 for you have had five husbands, and the one whom you now have is not your husband; this you have said truly."
Joh 4:19 The woman *said to Him, "Sir, I perceive that You are a prophet.
Joh 4:20 "Our fathers worshiped in this mountain, and you people say that in Jerusalem is the place where men ought to worship."
Joh 4:21 Jesus *said to her, "Woman, believe Me, an hour is coming when neither in this mountain nor in Jerusalem will you worship the Father.
Joh 4:22 "You worship what you do not know; we worship what we know, for salvation is from the Jews.
Joh 4:23 "But an hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for such people the Father seeks to be His worshipers.
Joh 4:24 "God is spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth."
Joh 4:25 The woman *said to Him, "I know that Messiah is coming (He who is called Christ); when that One comes, He will declare all things to us."
Joh 4:26 Jesus *said to her, "I who speak to you am He."
Worship in Spirit and Truth...
