You can't go wrong with any of the Olliver Bonacini restaurants - they are always a big hit with my clients. They are quite fancy, so be prepared for at least a 2 hour lunch most times.

Check out http://www.oliverbonacini.com/.

They have 6 different restaurants and my favourite is Auberge du Pommier which is in the north part of Toronto, but Canoe and Jump are great too. And I was just told that Biff's has the best Creme Brule in Toronto!

Enjoy and good luck with your client!

Canoe, Far Niente, ByMark, there are quite a few options in downtown Toronto to choose from. If one of you works in a certain building down there, then choose one of the restaurants that's close by. Check with the receptionist in one of the businesses down there, they can probably make a really good recommendation.

Depends on your budget of course. But Matignon on St. Nicholas Street, and Farniente have been perennial favorites. On the more inexpensive side, an indian buffet could be the way to go especially if the guests are from out of town. There are lots of them on Bloor between Spadina and Bathurst and on Queen St. West. The one in the Atrium on Bay (Indian Flavour) is very nice.

somewhat than going each and each of ways from down city to Scarborough only to work out the (grimy) coastline and in chilly climate, would I advise something else? once you're in Down city, you should envision out Harborfront on Queens Quay. there's a attractive board walk there and many large little eating places and espresso shops. there's a ferry vacation which will fee you about 6 funds, and could take you to Centre Island, it somewhat is somewhat park that has rides and picnicing elements. in case you do not favor to take to the ferry, you could also stay there and enjoy an outstanding meal in Captain Johns eating position. it really is in a huge deliver and the eating and waiters are impressive. in spite of the indisputable fact that, the meal WILL fee you about 20 funds a plate, if you're waiting to spend that a lot. gown warmly, because it is going to likely be chilly close to to the water. i'm no longer particular what you mean through restricted transportation. Are you making plans on taking the subway? i imagine it really is nice to take the subway, because parking is about 10-12 funds, it will only fee you $5.50 on the subway. ($2.seventy 5, there and again, in accordance to man or woman.) yet.. shop in ideas, that a subway vacation will take in a number of your time in the course of the day. i'm no longer particular how lengthy it will take you to get there from the airport although. have relaxing!
