Blood Offerings were done during the time of mythological ages. One reason why Abraham of the Old testament did not hesitate to offer his Son when God asked him to offer his son Isaac. He probably have learned those kinds of rituals from his forefathers. His clan may have not done those things but there were people ahead of Adam and Eve's generation that must have been doing that kind of offerings and he could have believed that God was really like that.
The blood of Christ offered to mankind was just a creation of the Roman and Greek religions who still have fresh memories of those rituals from their mythical Gods and Goddesses. His mission is to find the lost sheep of Israel (meaning the Jews who were lost to Lord because of their inequities) The blood offering just meant that he will die for that mission if necessary. The main idea is for him to tell Israel about what God wants them to do to gain again His blessings for they have been under curse for their continous rebellions against his Commands, and no longer the sins committed by Adam and Eve because Noah have already done that. The God of Israel even before the time of Jesus have already declared that he is not pleased with blood sacrifices and offerings, what He wants is Mercy and to bring back His people from observing the Sabbath which Jesus himself disobeyed and even called himself Lord of theSabbath. Jesus is actually the Lucifer (Morning Star REV. 22:16) who is the victim of satan's bloodthirsty deceptions.

I guess since 'the beginning' everyone, no matter what, knew if you lost enough blood, you'd die
since religion has to do with life and death, blood is always mentioned
other religions had the 'taurobilium'...something like that-it was where the initiates actually slaughtered a bull and bathed/showered in it's blood...gross
thankfully, Catholics use wine, Protestants, juice to 'symbolize' blood and don't actually feel the need to sacrifice anything (or anyone) for the real thing

I didn't think of it but they only drink a small amt of that but I think it would be pretty d*mn funny if they baptised each other in wine or grape juice :-)

beautiful question,

The genes of the black man represent salvation beacuse,
it is the dna that is important. the dna is memory. The dna of the cave man remembers fear, anger, ire, rage, homosexuality etc. The black mans does not simply. The tunnels are the key for chinese and white, their past in the tunnels they cannot live down as evidenced by their behavior

You are now at a level of understanding above most

No He's not. The Bible says there has to be a blood offering for the remission of sins. The Old Testament people offered continuously animals and blood offerings for their sins. But when Christ came, He was pure; innocent; sinless. He became the eternal blood offering. Sin is a deep offense to my (and The) Holy God. He won't tolerate it. So there had to be an offering. He loved us so much he offered His Son to be our offering. But we have to accept it for it to be affective in our lives. I hope this answers your question.

blood is not needed for salvation, unless you believe somebody had to die for you because you're so terrible. that would make me feel really guilty, personally.

Jesus Christ shed his blood for us. Jesus was perfect and he died for our sins. His blood clensed us from our sins. He died and shed his blood so we do not have to.
