Your question seems simple on the surface, but it's what you left out that may change the entire scenario and answers. It does matter the type of medication, the person it's prescribed for, if it's an active Rx, you were going directly to that person, what was in the bottle is what's printed on the label, etc. There could be variables, but only you know this right now.

If all you are doing is picking it up from the pharmecy and delivering it to the person it is meant for it is not illegal. If you are worried about it though call a few pharmecies theres always some that deliver. I know mine does.

Yes prescription medicines are for the person prescribed only. No one else should be taking them. Your question is unclear.

No if you are just picking them up from the pharmecy keep them in the stapled bag.
If you get stopped for whatever reason the cops should check with the person the script is for therefore clearing you of any possession chagres.

It depends on where there they are. Are they in prison? If so, then yes. If you're just picking them up and taking them to their house then you should have no problem.
