Most of the country does not have electricity except that provided by portable generators.
And, unless they have a satellite dish, they cannot receive signals.
It is not available to 90% of the Afghani people.

They have television, radio, satelite, and everything else the developed world has just not as widespread and abundant as in the US. Wealth is very consolidated.
