And, unless they have a satellite dish, they cannot receive signals.

It is not available to 90% of the Afghani people.

They have television, radio, satelite, and everything else the developed world has just not as widespread and abundant as in the US. Wealth is very consolidated.

The Taliban destroyed most of them. As well as video and audio tapes. And probably most books as well--as un-Islamic.
