How do you talk to a guy at work who you find very very beautiful? I see this guy (usually only on the elevator) and I clam up. He makes me soooo shy. Ha... I think he's too handsome for me to be comfortable. WTF!?

Look at it from HIS shoes,..... how do YOU think HE'D expect to be appraoched? What does he like? His favourite hobbies,.. his music tastes,... things like that,.. I'm not a minger or a hunk,. but I know how I like women to aproach me; openly. honestly and forwardly;.... don't beat about the bush, but still apply tact with carefully chosen words etc.

Be yourself and be honest. Ask him, are you seeing anyone right now? If not, let him know that you would like to have a drink with him and get to know him better. He will say yes or no and then you will know how to go from there.. Good luck.
