It was a miracle how I became a Christian, but it wasn't visible to anyone else. I raised my hands to be blessed by Jesus (not in church but at my mate's baptism on the beach) and I was instantly flooded with love and peace, the Holy spirit. I was also instantly healed of depression, again nobody could see this, it was all inside of me.
But at church we have miracle healings most weeks, even people we pray for who don't come to church get healed (cancer etc). I myself prayed for a friend when I was working as a bar maid, he hobbled into the pub, his knee had been twisted for several months, I felt God tell me to pray for him. He was a skeptical non christian who thought it was all a joke, until, as I laid my hand on his knee and prayed, his knee started 'popping' under my hand, and his face was a picture. He stood up and said he couldn't beleive it but the pain had gone and it was no longer stiff. He has had no trouble since. I also prayed for an elderly lady who came into the charity shop I was working in, she had severe headaches. Again not a believer, she let me pray over her and her headache went, I hear through a friend that she has not had any that severe since that day.
Keep your eyes and ears open, these things are everywhere. Why not go to a church like mine (link given so you can find one) and see for yourself?

Yes. I know of several people that were told they were going to die and still live, thanks to God. If not for God I would be classed as a psychotic schizophrenic, but He healed me back in 1978.

Some years ago I was driving up the M1. When I reach Leicester I saw a block of concrete in the middle lane where I was driving. I attempted to drive past it in the outside lane, but just caught it. My car spun round and round, across all three lanes, carrying the block with it. I wound up on a grass verge beyond the hard shoulder,.

1) I was calm throughout, I knew I would be alright.
2) I hit no other vehicle, nor was any other vehicle involved in a related accident trying to avoid me.
3) If my car had continued going the way it was going, I would have gone down a bank into a ditch
4) If I had gone off the motorway a few yards further on, I would have hit the crash barrier.
5) I was physically and emotionally fine. I came out of it relaxed and laughing.
6) I knew God would sort out everything for me car wise, and He did.

I think that what the people of africa and india see as miracle we in the UK and USA see as modern technology or medical progress. It is all in how you look at things. And yes anyone who has ever seen a baby born saw a miracle after all think about how we get them.

I got into a car accident going 70 plus Mph, we hit a large tree. Not only did I survive, I came away with almost no injuries at all! That seems like a miracle of God if you ask me, especially when I tell you that for about two weeks before the accident I was praying that God would show me he had a specific and unique plan for my life. So by saving me he was telling me that he had something very special planned..... we'll I got married this past summer!!!

J T why do you insist on belittling peoples beliefs in God and the Bible? Do you think your doing people a favour. If you Dont believe in GOD you obviously believe in Evolution. And you expect to be taken seriously? There are more holes in that Theory( english dictionary def: A plan formulated in the mind only)than a sieve

God does not exist so he cannot perform miracles.

We hear of miracles in third world nations for the same reason we hear about three headed monsters in third world nations. The people are ignorant, illiterate & superstitious.

I once observed God convince millions of people that a man named Ed Norton was funny, witty and entertaining. (ps. if anyone thinks they've really seen a miracle they're absolutely nuts)

I see miracles in everything because I look for them. Miracles are so abundant that we take them for granted . That is why we dont recognise them as miraculous any more .

Yes. A friend of mine was really sick with cancer. He went in for an operation and wound up in a coma for a month. I prayed that whole month and he came out and hasn't had cancer since. It wasn't just the doctors. I believe God had a hand in his healing.
