You have done well...so far you know Jesus too. It was for the new bees that I posed the question...please I have no anger or ax to grind. It is history that even Alexander the Great spoke of...Jesus leads millions without his visable presence...Yes and those that pick the torture stake not the sword will be blessed

No problem here! :) Of course Jesus was a Jew ethnically (his mother Mary) and religiously (the very scripture you quoted). He would have to be Jewish if He were going to be the real Savior to fulfill the old law and prophecies. The Jewish people were looking for a Savior at the time that would come from their own people and that's exactly what Jesus did. He came from their bloodline, offered salvation to the Jewish people first, and then offered it to the Gentiles later on.

YES A JEW DID START THE CHRISTIAN FAITH, but GOD SAID MY people will be called by a new name, and that name is Christian, not Jew any more. When JESUS CHRIST died for ALL mankind,he did not die for the Jew only, for All mankind, and if you believe this and in him you are not a Jew( in the flesh), but in the heart. On the day of PENTECOST THE CHURCH CAME DOWN, out of Heaven and then about 3000 souls were added to the 12, church, these were devout men that WERE JEWS, BUT THEY CHANGED INTO CHRISTIAN'S that day. So if you want to go to Heaven some day,, you will have to do the same as these devout JEWS did on that great day.....

Yes, Jesus was a Jew. He didn't come to wipe out the law, He came to fulfill prophecy.

The entire Holy Bible is written by Jewish men...there's not a Baptist (not poking fun at the Baptist) in the bunch.

Jesus didn't start a new religion. He came to teach His Fathers Word...and He did it all without sin!

We (Christians) follow Jesus and His teachings. It's that simple.

Judaism doesn't need the faith of Christians to explain their religion. Christians need Judaism to explain our faith in Jesus and the living God.

I'm thankful that the Jews of His time rejected Him so that we (Gentiles) could and would accept Him as our Lord and Savior. One day, God will reveal to them (Jew/Israelites) the truth of Jesus...and those 144,000 will go to Heaven too!

God / Jesus ROCKS!

I love the Jewish tradition of when a child is first brought to the Temple for his introduction rites his finger is wiped on Scripture and then dipped in honey and put in his mouth to represent that Gods word should always taste sweet to him.I just love that. Also it is interesting that hair turns white (representing purity) at the TEMPLE first. I am a Catholic and I love my elder brothers and sisters in Faith.

Hush you wanna scare people?
Yes, Jesus was born a Jew, but according to the christian belief since he was the messiah the prophecy was fufilled and then a new day began. Never made sense to me either, this mad hate of Jews. No sense at all.

Is is not great that we get better than we deserve. I believe that for this very reason Jesus came to earth to free us from religions, to teach us to have a personal relationship with God.

Worship is for God. I worship Him at home and at the working place and at the church...everywhere. I love my church. I think we are better together. Get involved. If you do not like your church, switch to another one or start your own church. Religion does not save you, Jesus saves.

Don't really know just exactly what you are looking for here, but yes, Jesus was born a Jew and is God, (that part you left out), so what exactly is your beef, and WHO is it with.

this is true as JESUS was a follower of the Jewish Faith until HIS death when HIS followers were the ones who in reality started a new Religion.
