Look at Frank Bruno a few years ago. Terry Lawless fed him absoloute dummies for his first 15 fights - he was as high profile as Khan is now! Even although Khan is an accomplished amateur he is still young and has to fight opponents that he can learn from. Incidentally "on paper" they are all better than him record wise. Some of his fights should have been more competitive - he's learning all time! Not sure if he'll go all way, the real test will be when he has to dig deep, but if he keeps winning the way he is that won't happen for long time.

When the time is right for his "advisors" ( Frank Warren etc ) to
maximise his potential at the American Pay Per View box office,
The kid has got talent and needs bringing on carefully, but steadily building up his ringcraft.
Remember Audley Harrison, he too was on the money making treadmill but was only pitted against tired out, over the hill journeyman fighters. The first half decent opponent ( after 15 no hopers ) humiliated him. End of career.

It is Typical for prospects to be match up carefully so as to give them time to develop their Raw Talent.
The problem with Khan he is just sorrounded with so much Hype, that makes the real boxing Afficionado to question hiis worth and begging for him to be Match with a worthy opponent not Tomato cans that we see Today.
The kid is exciting, but can he bring that excitement to another level once he stepped up the competition, or will he just be another Audley Harrison, all hype no substance.

Not until he has made his boxing promoter a shed loads of money. All his fights are staged...all they guys are all washed up losers who just have a go, for the money.
I dont even bother watching his fights now as they are so one sided & fixed.
