Honestly, it doesn't sound like you have any serious problems here. Everything you've describe can be attributed to some minor ailments that are not at all life threatening. Painful swallowing can be from something as simple as a viral infection to something more serious like epiglottitis or even a fractured larynx. Neither of those two are at all likely though. And neither are likely to be lethal in your case. If you had them, you'd either be in the hospital or dead already. The ear problem sounds suspiciously like impacted cerumen. In other words, you need your ears cleaned out. It could also be otitis media, or middle ear infection. The abdominal pain is your most serious complaint, but it sounds like you've already had that checked out and was negative. There are a number of things that can cause abdominal pain, and typically, they are all curable.

Don't worry. You are fine. At this point, the only thing I would say you suffer from is hypochondria. (use a dictionary if needed)

this could be lot of things - from sinusitis to a brain lesion. if your doc is not taking it seriously, at least ask to see an ear, nose and throat specialist. most likely it is a problem in the sinuses, brought on by the onset of allergies - tis the season, after all...
anyway, a specialist will know fairly fast whether this is serious or just a routine ailment. a GP is not a specialist. don't let him treat you like a child. insist on seeing a specialist. good luck! don't let your doctor and his god complex get between you and a good diagnosis!

Go and see your MD! what you need is to have a diagnosis first, and then you will hear if it is curable or treatable, and will be prescribed the medications you may need. do not give up, it takes time to find out what is causing you the problems. Keep your spirits up .

if the doc says you are fine, then ask another doctor.. if that doc says you are fine, then go see a mental health professional.. because a lot of this could be mental.. you could be having panic attacks and physical manifestation of your stress...
