It's a great little gun, but unfortunately post WWII to 1970s .22s are really not worth much....YET. This is due to the sheer number made by all the makers out there.
I have a Sears Model 3T, which is really a Winchester 190 that were sold at Sears. It's near excellent in the original box and with the original Sears Weaver scope, and I figure $110 to $120.
For a good functional used 190, I'm gonna say $80 to $90. That's one with a good finish, no major damage, clean, etc.
They will rise in value over the next decade, but don't look at it like an investment. It will never be "valuable".
My advice is clean and oil it, buy three or four boxes of different .22 rounds, a few paper targets and take it out shooting. You can't buy a new .22 that's got the quality of ones made in the 1960s and they are nice target guns or for squirrel, rabbit of pests.
