Can anone suggest a good , Desktop Clock software with 'important notes' facility?

I am lokking for a Digital Clock that is visible in the desktop - not in the tray as the default one . Any suggestions ? I need this for practising xams - keeping track of time spent on each question .

Thanks , please help me if you know any good ones .
I am trying downlod.com it throws up Atomic Synchronizrs etc
