my dog always barks at the old lady next door but the past few weeks we have seen her throw stones and water at the dog whick to me is why my dog doesnt like her yesterday my little girl who is five ran in house crying the nieghbour had thrown a stone at her and the dog you cant approach her as you just get abuse she is a nasty piece of work she has also been copped filming the kids on a camcorder in garden i cant stand any more

Put your best face on and go visit "the old lady next door", with some sweets of course to eat while she makes tea or coffee. eventually bring up why she does not like your dog or children. Let her talk about her concerns. Knowing about each others likes and dislikes could make for an excellent relationship. About the filming ask her if you could see it, might be film about her missing seeing kids enjoy playing together, let her know you probably missed out on some of the goods times your kids have, being a mom, cooking cleaning etc., not being able to watch your kids play, and thank her for being there when you could not be there to see the joy your children were having. Share that movie, and ask her to make more when you can not be there, but that you will watch them with her to have a special moment together.

You need to make a complaint to the police. My gosh, throwing a stone at the dog when your little girl is around? Not that is bad enough that your dog is getting hurt. Is your dog a dog you can keep inside? You may want to consider this an option. If it is an inside dog, then just make sure you are out there when the dog is doing his job. She sounds like a nasty old lady. Be careful...

She deserves it then. If she's a mean old battleax just ignore her and let ur dog do all the barking he wants at her. he knows better than us that she's evil especially if she's making little girls cry. There is a woman who stays in my mom's neighborhood and when my kids were smaller every kid in the neighborhood called her a witch (and still do) because she's so petty and mean. She didn't even want the kids to ride their bicycles past her house. But her husband was sooooo nice and loved kids. no surprise they divorced.

Your dog is justified not liking the neighbor. Try to get her on film throwing rocks at your dog and or child. Call the police and file a report. Try contacting animal control to see if there is anything you can file against the neighbor as well.
If you can't get any help then start putting the dog sh*t in her garden or throwing it at her when she throws the rocks.

ONE THINK IF U CAN AFORD A TALL WOOD FENCE THAT WOULD HELP . yes tell the police that she though stones at the child and then dogg .I know u dont want to get down on here level . Some time u got play fire with fire . Show the old bitt your not play games with her. Iuse know some body like alongago. the old bit then up with a heart attract and stroke all in one time . but she dead now lol....

You should try and get her on film throwing stones at kids and your dog, then you can press charges. Make sure everyone is in the shot.
Without visual proof, it's your word against hers.

you should call the police on that mean old woman. dont pitty her just because she is old! she threw a stone at your daughter!! of course the dog doesnt like her, the dog is totally right. i dont like her already. i would call the police and report her. maybe they can go speak to her and scare her into leaving your family alone.

Call the cops on her, if you can film her while she is doing those things. You can get her on animal abuse and taping your daughter is just creepy.

talk nicly to the lady if that wont help then you should take legal action if rocks land on kids dog or your property.
