from personal experience I think that you should make a move,some guys are really shy and they are afraid of what you might say or how to say it,,,, If he really has a crush on you he will make a move after you do,,,, why don't you tell him that you won two tickets to the movies and tell him that all of your friends are busy that day if he can go with you,,,, you know something like that,,,

Absolutely ask him out first. Some guys don't respond to subtlety. I know mine didn't and know we are happily married with two kids. Sometimes, ya just gotta take the lead and get on with it!

OH!!! Same problem with my current bf. I just had to go to him and say, "(Name withheld) I am attracted to you and even though I don't know if you feel the same, I just want to be up front and honest with you. I'd want to explore a possible relationship with you..." Now, grant he had to be a nut and ask me... WHY... but it let him know how I was feeling and gave him a way to answer. Sometimes guys just don't know how to approach women.

I would approach him and tell him you like him. Ask him out! :-) Take control of the situation some guys like that.

He's probably shy. You've got to make the first move. Try to get him out in a group and take it from there.

If you're not comfortable asking him yourself, buddy up with one of your girlfriends. Get to know his best friend and hit him up with suttle questions that lead to how you feel and see if he can help. Worth a try.

Do somethings that you think will get him to notice that you like him...dont ever ask him out if he really likes you he will do it..

Well i think you should tell him how you feel.if he interested then he will talk to you about it,dont worry if he avoids you for a day or two, guys do that sometimes because they want to think about things and its not easy for them to open up.think positive be upfront about how you feel and see what happens.if you dont tell him you will never know.
