Yes and why not if theres something you want to change and can afford it why not. As for the "I wouldn't alter my body" stuff that a lot of my friends say well heres some news for ya why cut your hair and nails then? Why dye your hair? Why whiten your teeth? Why have tattoos? Why have piercings? Why do any of those things but not "plastic surgery".

Any unneccessary operations or procedures on your body are a joke to me. Go and visit a burns unit and see if you still feel bad enough about yourself to go under the knife or get poison injected into you in the name of vanity.

no way! I am happy with what God has given me. There are people born without limbs etc and I should consider myself lucky.
Also my mums friend who was sooooo beautiful went to have plastic surgery on her nose because she didn't like it but she died because they did something to a nerve by accident or something i'm not entirely sure
anyways I've been put off from plastic surgery for life.

But i like support it if people burn their skin and they need surgery to recover new skin or whatever so only for like medical reasons.

I would appreciate some of the benefits that can result from plastic surgery. However, the risks involved with hospitalization and the seeming lack of skill among some of the local practising surgeons will keep me from doing anything about it.

Nope, I love myself just the way I am. No doubt!! & its NOT because it's creepy to see or cause I'm scared of the knife.

I wouldn't do it. I am not going to alter my body. I do not like everything about myself but changing it in my opinion would be close to an abomination. People need to learn to love and accept the things about themselves they do not like.

I've had 7 surgeries so far.
None of them were for beauty, all for medical reasons (i.e. broken bones, gallbladder, appendix etc).
Unless it was to restore my buddy (i.e. they would have to amputate one of my breasts) I would never do it.
Surgeries are for medicinal purposes, not for fun!

And by the way, Melanie Griffith looks horribly ugly with her big lips!

I would do it....I'd like to have a breast lift and maybe a nose job but only if I'm 100% guaranteed to look better than before!!!!
