how many of u think that perserverance can win a gal's heart? there can only be 2 outcomes. one is she is touched by your sincerity. two is she thinks you are a perverted manic. which will it be?

I'll say both outcomes are possible depending on the amount u put in. Give her time and space. Just be yourself. With normal amounts of care & concern, throw in some fun and laughter together, you can be sure that the gal will be attracted to you somehow.
Get her involved with normal chats / outings, be yourself and let things just flow normally. Gals don't really like guys who pretends to be someone/characteristics they aren't or do not have.

Too much unwanted attention these days, can be considered stalking!
Always ask a second time, but if the answer is still NO, remind the girl that you do not want to be a bother, and so you will not be asking again. If she really wants to see you, hopefully she will let you know before you leave.

Consistentcy in your approach and behaviour is a style of persistance that really works. Constant chasing and pushy behaviour is a turn off.
