This is a scam. Do not send any money.
If you had entered the "Global Mega Lottery", you'd think you would have remembered doing it :)
Why couldn't they deduct the 950 dollars from the "prize" for the fees anyway?

It's a scam. Don't send anything. And don't give any personal info such as your Social Security number or drivers license number.Did you buy a ticket to enter this lottery in the first place? If not, then it's a scam. Once you send them the money, you'll never hear from them again. I'll tell you what; tell them to take the $950.00 out of your winnings and to send a cashiers check for the rest. Believe me,you'll never hear from them again.

Beware! This is a scam. It's happening all around the world. On today's news, it says to get the information you have received and give it to the Better Business Bureau in your area.
Any time an offer says you won something, especially if you haven't entered, it is a scam. You don't pay when you win.
Good luck.

Google "Fraud - Global Mega Lottery $950" or Fraud.org They know about you, find out about them. Then use your best judgment. Learning the hard way sucks.
PS: You don't pay for prizes... that would make them purchases

HELLO WAKE UP!!!! NO offend, but your sure an easy Target if u believe in this. if you have really win the lottery ,get them to bank in to your account or issue a cheque. It will not be logical to top up money to your own winning. After all Its just physiological game being played,as greediness comes from human nature and REMEMBER there is no free lunch in this WORLD. You have to Reap to get your harvest.

Sounds like you are in the middle of a scam. Don't do it. China and Hong Kong based 'companies' are almost always scams.

You have two options...
1, Don't send them the money and spend $950 on fun things
2, Send them the money and lose $950 and gain nothing

Did you buy a ticket for this Global Mega Lottery?
If not, then someone is on a phishing expedition, and have laid out the bait for you.

You are the target of a SCAM. Do not send money to anyone claiming that you have won something but must first send THEM money. Other scams which are similar ... a foreigner needs your help in transferring his vast fortune to America ... your account with "x" company needs to be confirmed ... your order can't be shipped until you confirm account ... etc.
DO NOT SEND MONEY TO ANYONE; DO NOT GIVE ACCOUNT NUMBERS TO ANYONE; DO NOT GIVE CREDIT CARD NUMBERS TO ANYONE; DO NOT GIVE PASSWORDS TO ANYONE!! AND do not open unsolicited e-mail from anyone.
