It depends on how often you have the dog done, what kind of coat it has, what kind of haircut you have done, and the area where you live.

Around here, the cost of a basic groom on a smallish dog (like lhasa apso, shih tzu or miniature poodle) is about $45 (plus tax). If you are having it done every two months, you are looking at $270 (plus tax) annually. If you have him done every 3 months $180.
