Also the person that i am asking about has never had a problem with the police, not even a traffic ticket, came to the U.S. LEGALLY, has taught here for 30 years, and is very active in the better of the community! What gives them motive to look for this person, or at that even deny him citizenship?

Yes, they would need a court order though. But there is no judge that would grant a court order, unless there was sufficiant evidence produced, so there might be something here you are not aware of.

the government period can tap into any calls either by cell or regualr phone. now do they, well it all depends who you asked. there are laws out there to protect individuals from this happening. but after 9-11 alot of things have changed, and we have all been put on high alert.
if your friend is fearing something, then maybe they might be. but it can not be issued in a court of law, unless the individual has prervious notion regarding the tap. so unless your friend is doing something that is highly illegal or doing business with those countries that the states have problems with now, i would not worried. immigrantion is more looking out for people who are in this country illegally and working and worrying about phone calls from people phones

i'm surprised at what number of human beings listed lower than are speaking about the Patriot Act at the same time as it really is glaring that they have got by no skill even study it. no matter if you're a suspected terrorist then they receives a courtroom order. there is criteria-depending monitoring that takes position - consisting of the gadget the position all and multiple who made a decision to or from a telephone variety conventional to be linked with terrorists were promptly recorded. once you've an issue with this - then you actually favor to end making telephone calls to Al Quaeda.

Any govermental Branch with ties to Congress can tap into any phone (especially Law). You usually hear a sound during conversation, it's very faint like the dialing of numbers, increased phone haze, or a faint tone noise.

Dont worry, it wont happen. The only way they would even try to get a warrant is if the person were part of a drug cartel or terrorism. It is more likely that they would be deported for driving without a license.

yes they can tap the phone and peer into bank accounts, with a warrant.

also be aware that they have a stock pile of blank warrants that are pre signed by the authority, so the warrant is not much of a problem.

They need a warrant, regardless of the immigration status of the person living in the house.

With a warrant and a VERY good reason. If they believe(and have some proof) you are smuggling drugs or running a prostitution ring, they have enough reason to get a warrant. If you are just illegal, they wouldn't bother.
