They are the most tenacious dogs on the planet. They will keep biting forever if you don't show that you are the dominant. Hold the dog on the ground (on its side) with its head pushed down too. Wait until it sighs to show it has relinquished control to you. This may take a while. Mine would struggle for twenty minutes before she gave up. Now she doesn't struggle at all when I lay her down, which is also good for trimming toe-nails etc...

At 8 weeks old, he's not quite old enough for potty training. You should put wee-wee pads inside the house when he does pee inside. However, you should check his feeding schedule - based on that you should be able to come up with a walking schedule. Take him outside and don't come back in until he pees and poos. Also, if he does like to use the wee wee pads, you can bring them outside and put the wee wee pad on the ground. Gradually, take about the wee wee pad.
In terms of biting, he's probably just teething. Wet a cloth and freeze it, then give him the cold wet cloth to bite instead.

Mine used to do this too, he grew out of it, make sure he gets praised and a treat when he goes outside. My JRT only stopped peeing in the house when I put him on Burns food, even now if I change is food he pees on the floor at night. Seems to me he is confused about the right place to go or maybe doing it for attention. The bitting thing he grew out of too, squeal high pitched loudly and he will soon learn to stop doing it. When mine does bad things I bang 2 saucepan lids together nearby, he soon stops ( not close to the ear though)

your puppy needs to be sternly trained....... specially the jack russle... they can be a handful.... as for the biting you can try a spray bottle ... with cold water in it and keep on him with it.. as for the peeing all over your going to have to maybe confine him to a smaller area in your house with papers or pp pads or litter if hes pping in the house you might as well train him to go in the right spot. good luck
