Pray.
Without putting forth an effort, losing weight by wishful thinking is just that.
I know it is difficult to find time to exercise, but you can manage. Even if you only get to the gym three times a week for 30 minutes, that will make a huge difference. Or, maybe you could spend your lunch break taking a brisk walk instead of sitting down.
Instead of dieting, try just eating less than you normally do. For example, if you normally eat a whole sandwich for lunch, try eating just a half a sandwich. After a while, you'll get used to it and wonder why you ever ate so much to begin with.
If you drink soda or sugary drinks, try switching to diet drinks or water. Not only will this shrink your waistline, it will also help your dental hygiene.
Instead of snacking on chips, try some popcorn (without butter), or even better, fresh fruit!

Cut off a limb....
My ideas? Try to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. Work hard, but don't over 60 minutes at a time. Do planks and other abs exercises on alternate days.
On training days, do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.
The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!
Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.
Read magazines like Shape, Womens Fitness, Fitness, etc to get tips and to stay motivated.
Good luck and stick at it. This plan has lost me 20 lbs in 12 weeks so far, just go for it!

Impossible. Eat with a healthy habit and do some exercise. Even a short walk for 30 minutes for 3 times a week will help.

Come on! You can't seriously expect a real answer.
OK....Pay a doctor thousands of dollars to do liposuction.
I like the cut off a limb idea. Hey, doesn't your head weigh about 20 lbs? Coincidence? I think not!
Update! I found this program that might fit the bill. It's called Jimmy Tango's Fatbusters. I've linked to the short introductory video below. Ride the Snake!

Uh, that's impossible. But try to integrate normal walking into your routine. Park your car far away from the store/from work, for example. And replace certain foods with healthier ones. Like eat an apple instead of chips when you're hungry. Don't ever let yourself get hungry.

Forget all you've been told about dieting. The shangri-la method allows you to reduce your appetite with items that are probably sitting on your pantry. Moreover, you'll start craving healthy foods only. Give it a chance! Read the forum if you don't believe!

there are only TWO ways to lose weight without diet or exercise:
1) liposuction.
2) amputation.
seriously. if you want to lose weight, you have to stop being lazy. you must diet, and exercise regularly.
think about it, seriously: if there was a simple way to lose weight without diet & exercise, do you think there'd be any fat people?

liposuction.. i mean seriously, if you don't at least exercise it's all pointless.. you should be focused on being healthy, not looking a certain way
