I just wouldn't go. That way you aren't saying "bad"(even though true) things about him and you don't have to raise your blood pressure by witnessing the b.s. show.

I would go and confrot the new woman. One of two things will happen, she will take your words to heart and go make, possibly a clearer decision, and potentinally saving her a huge heartbreak, or she will go into denial and believe that she can "change" him. Either way she'll know that she's gonna have some challenges and your brother in law will see that you don't agree with his lifestyle. It may cause tension in the family but doing something is what I would do. Good luck!

1. Go to the gatherings but stay aloof.
2 If you think it appropriate talk to your wife and let her see your concern for a lady being wasted by her brother.

i would invite some of his exs to come with and then do number 1.
what's he going to be thinking when he walks into the room with his new woman and sees 4 or 5 of his ex girlfriends there?
i would love to be a fly on the wall then.

If you want to actually make a point, simply dont go. You make take some guff from your wife, but it may be better than watching the spectacle.

Tricky one. I would have to opt with the not going version. If this woman is into your brother-in-law, what ever you say will be bull in her eyes. Unfortunatly she will have to see for herself, that she deserves better.

I wouldn't go. I wouldn't tell him either that you are not going. He is not a nice person. If he asks you why you didn't go. Tell him how you really feel. Be honest with your wife as well, tell her why you choose not to go & she should stand by her man.
