I think that depends on firstly where in the world you are - being gay is still illegal in many countries and if it doesn't affect the care you recieve it may still get you deported.
From there it's going to depend on the attitude of the physician and how seriously they take the hippocratic oath - and I can't imagine you'll get the detailed info you need on Yahoo Answers.

i think that sexual orientation in medicine doesnot affect it as it only leads the medical knowledge to a medical aspirant which is good for them & in examsas well.
