It sucks. I am sure if you could actually finish it you would lose weight but it is quite ridiculous and very hard to stick through. I think I made it 3 or possibly 4 out of 11 days! It is very repetittive! I would rather just eat healthy and excercise!

If you truly want a good plan to lose weight Read Sylvester Stallone's book Sly Moves. It is fabulous. In the book he goes into great depth about diet plans, which he went on and he points out the errors in the plan.
