Stand against a wall and use a pencil on the top of your head to mark the wall. Then use a tape measure or stick to measure the distance from the floor to your mark.

It could be a little inaccurate if you do this without someone helping you. Take a pencil and stand with the back of your head against the wall or a door. Place the pencil horizontally on the top of your head, and make a small horizontal mark on the wall. Measure from the mark on the wall to the floor, and that is your height.

If you have a tape measure then just step on the corner of one end and pull it to the top of your head. Or you can stand against a wall and mark where the top of your head meets and use a ruler or tape measure to find out.

Tie a string to the ceiling, dangling down. Stand under the string. If the string touches your head, then use your scissors to cut the string a little shorter. Keep cutting, millimeter by millimeter, until the string does not touch your head.
Your height is exactly the same as the distance from the end of the string to the floor. It's an easy method - you don't even have to tape a pencil to the top of your head to do it!

tape measure and the wall. mark the top of your head on the wall with a permant maker then cut the wall out and measure how long it is. oh and take your shoes off and dont wear a hat

measure the length of your arms spread out from both middle fingertips. That should be your exact height
