Don't think so: last I checked a "hoe" was an instrument to turn the soil in the ground, or chop out weeds at the base of the plant. A 'ho' is simply a word for "hi, how are you?" Go back to school, honey to increase your educational level to at least grade 6.

I don't think we should label either group as ho's. Each person has the right to sleep with however many they chose. As long as they are being safe by using protection they should be able to have fun with as many partners as they want. Sexuality is meant to be enjoyed and explored. How can someone ever know what they really like until they've ventured out to see what around.
