They could occasionally pop down to hell from heaven and clean it up some... perhaps take some nice heavenly gew-gaws and ornaments down to decorate the place and make it a bit more homely and inviting.

When I go to Heaven I can't go to Hell even if I wanted to. I'd be to busy doing alot of good stuff at home (when I get there)

Why do you want to improve hell, you earned, you justly deserve it. I really do not believe that hell as you put it, is suppose to be homely and inviting, that why hell has all its' own demons, ghouls, then their is the fallen angel him-self
