Height and Weight does not necessarily mean you are healthy. For instance you could be really skinny and I guess underweight and not be healthy. Or you could be the opposite and really fat and be healthy. Health is something that comes with diet and exercise. Not with weight and height

I have a running buddy who has been 5'1" and 100 pounds dripping wet for about 25 years, and as long as you are healthy and eat, no that's not too small.

I think its healthy. I'm about that height and weigh 126, and want to lose 26 pounds to get to 100. I don't think that would be too thin.

Sounds a good weight to me. To be honest, you'll know if you're an unhealthy weight. Don't trust the BMI index, it's flawed majorly (doesn't take into account muscle or anything) You're fine. You'll know when you're not.
