If they sign the bill, and 280 million americans each donate 100 bucks, that's like, 28 billion dollars. Spare change? LOL

Heck yes! I think most Americans would do it, as long as the over seer of the money was on the up and up, and the gov. would have to promise to use every penny on the fence!! And if they lost any(money earmarked for the fence) it would come out of their own personal pockets!
I like this idea, could be easily implemented at income tax time!!
Or an allotment (that could work for those on a Tight budget) say 50 a month? Maybe 20 for the ones that are really having to make their dollar stretch.

And if it still comes up short on funds, there are always fund raisers....bake sales can raise a lot of cash. Car washes, raffles, garage sales. With all proceeds going to the fence.
A dollar here and a dollar there can really ADD up (trust me on that!!)

BTW I think it would be really nice for the gov. to match the American people dollar for dollar!! Every dollar we raise, that's a dollar they gotta put up too.
(if they're so broke they can take it out of social security, you know the money I'm talking about, the money put in there by the illegals, let them help pay for the fence!!)

that is acceptable - with out telling the ordinary public, Congress is pulling the plug on the U.S.-Mexico Border Fence that it voted for with such enthusiasm final 12 months (purely in the previous they asked voters to re-decide on them). with out rationalization, Congress has stripped away $3 billion in desperately necessary money to construct the Border Fence that it authorized final 12 months and to grant for different border secure practices. The $3 billion that become to bypass in direction of construction the seven hundred miles of fence that become promised by ability of the take care of Fence Act, 40 5,000 detention beds, and 287(g) training for interior of sight regulation enforcement to handle criminal unlawful aliens has been stripped out of the residing house omnibus funds bill.

We have donated much more than that already.......and that, of course, is not the real issue........it is the lack of votes they would get from the Hispanic community if the bill was passed.

Of course I would and more if it will help. What price do you place on this country's right and obligation to secure its borders. Its priceless to me.
Building a wall/fence to protect this country is not in any way an act of hate.Rather it an act of love for the sovereignty of this nation.Let other nations fix their own country and keep their people there, not encourage them to come to the USA

That bill lacks funding, But they always seem to find the money to vote themselves a pay raise.....

Yes, I would gladly give it to them,as long as it went for that purpose alone,

We should hire illegals mexicans to build that fence then when we put up the last few bricks get them to do it from the other side. I think by looking at the way they drive they would be stupid enough to fall for it.

I'd pay twice that in a heart beat.

P.S. I'm retired and barely making it on fixed income and there's not prolly 2 illegal immigrants within 30 miles of here.

Nope...it will never get to the fence...some bureaucrat will scoff it up and eat lunch with it instead of building the fence. At my expense of course.....

Sure, I would donate. But I need to save up first.
