liposuction.. other than that you aren't going to lose much more than water weight in 5 days... you put the weight on slow, you are going to drop it slow also.. so set a more realistic goal for yourself.

My ideas? Try to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. Work hard, but don't over 60 minutes at a time. Do planks and other abs exercises on alternate days.

On training days, do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.

The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!

Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.

Read magazines like Shape, Womens Fitness, Fitness, etc to get tips and to stay motivated.

Good luck and stick at it. This plan has lost me 20 lbs in 12 weeks so far, just go for it!

Well don't loose to much to fast!! But drink alot of water, and cut out ALL carb's and sugar's! Nut's & popcorn are REALLY good for you! Also decrease your salt intake and do alot of exercising as diet alone wont just work. Walking is really good and so is cleaning a house! (like if you are picking something up off the floor squat, or loading the dishwasher..squat) Good luck loosing the weight and remember to much weight loss will put you in the hospital if you aren't careful!

It is not a good idea to loose a load of weight in 5 days as all you will do is loose the water in your body and as soon as you start eating again you will put it all back on. Best way to lose weight is to cut out junk and fat, eat healthily and in moderation. Loads of fruit and veg, get some exercise and you will find that you will lose weight gradually which means in the long run it will stay off as long as you don't go back to your old ways.

Cut all carbs and cut all sugars. Stay disiplined and youll lose weight.
