I'm assuming diet and excersize, but can anyone give me specifics?

Cardio workout 3 times per week for at least 30 minutes. Make sure you are in an aerobic state. You should be breathing heavy but able to hold a conversation. If you can't hold a conversation, you are in an anaerobic state.

Also, lift weights. Light weight with high reps...12-15. Do this a few times per week to build muscle.

Of course, try to eat healthy foods if you can.
