His eyes get red and i think i smell it , and he gets so mad when i bring it up or ask him about it....he will leave with my brother (he smokes weed) and when he comes back his eyes look like that.

If him using that stuff bothers you and it really should bother you, you can ask him to take a drug test and you will know the results in minutes including any other drugs he might be on too. The tests are cheap, safe, and easy to administer in the privacy of the home. I know all this beause I market and sell them to law enforcement and other organizations that do drug testing. If you two are going to have a life together that is going to mean anything it should be away from using drugs.

Take him into a room with fairly bright light (the kitchen, for example) and look at his pupils. Do they stay HUGE or do they react to the bright light and get smaller? If they stay pretty big (at least half the size of his irises), then he probably smokes.

sounds like he does smoke weed! does he eat alot after you think he smokes it? smell his fingers...the smell usually won't go away! i know that sounds odd but hey its an idea. lol

Offer him a brownie and ranch dip, when you think he is stoned, if he eats it, hes a stoner.
But really, if you suspect, he probably is.
