It varies depending on your bone structure - anywhere between 90 to 120 lbs or so. (There's a way to check on ivillage.com) Also, do you prefer being thinner or to have an hourglass figure. I'm nearly 5 feet tall and weigh about 130 lbs. I could stand to lose 5-10 lbs but I still fit into a size 6 perfectly and I have lots of curves which the men love. People tell me that I'm very busty for my height which men adore. If you like boobs and hips, add on another 5-10 lbs.

I've heard that for 5ft it should be 100, then 5 pounds for every inch after that.
So I guess 5ft. But it also depends on how athletic you are, what your body structure is, and most importantly what makes you feel healthy.

Let the ideal weight be X kg.
Her BMI (body mass index) should not be more than 25.
BMI =weight in kg divided by height in metres raised to power 2
5 ft.= 1.524 mtrs.
BMI =Xkg/(1.524*1.524)
Xkg = 25*2.322576 =58.0644kg
(= 128.01 pounds).

Depends on your frame. My friend is 5 foot even, and is only 95lbs but she has a very petite frame.
I'm 5'1" and 110lbs, my frame is alittle bigger than my friend's.
