Take your vitamins, especially vitamin E, and eat balanced meals. Nutrition has a lot to do with hair quality and volume.

To boost volume to Thin Hair follow these steps

1.) Remove styling product residue which can weigh down hair and make it flat, you can use a clarifying shampoo or apple cider vinegar as a rinse followed by shampoo.

2.) once you have removed product build up,find a voluming shampoo that does not contain Sodium laurel sulfate such as J/A/S/O/N THINK TO THICK or LAMAS rice protein voluming shampoo and conditioner.only use products that do not contain synthetic ingredients because these will build up on your hair leading to limpness, and even loss of hair.

3.)whenever you blow dry your hair be sure to use a diffuser and flip your hair foreword to dry,you can also increase volume by using large rollers or steam based rollers which will add body and wave.

4.) Be sure you are getting enough protein in your diet, and minerals through things like meat, nuts, and beans, essential fats like flax, fish and olive oil, minerals from green vegetables, spinach and seaweeds.take a balanced multi-vitamin and extra biotin, zinc and silica this will help stimulate hair growth from the inside out.

5.)get regular trims, thin hair can become damaged at the ends very easily keep your hair trimmed regularly so your ends stay protected,do not brush thin hair, especially when wet,use a wide toothed comb instead and be careful thin hair is fragile and will snap easily, don't use elastics or harsh ponytails loose hairstyles or up in a bun are best.

Your hair may be thin and whispy because your diet is lacking the necessary nutrients. Many people, including many men, have had good success with a product called Fortified Amino Scalp Therapy - FAST hair growth treatment.

You could walk the streets pointing at your head and saying 'look at my amazing hair volume everyone! I have more hair volume than Slash from Guns 'n' Roses!' People probably won't believe you though.

My friend uses minoxidil from the chemist. It's also known as Regaine but it may be cheaper in it's generic form. I think he gets it on prescription from the doctor but I think you can buy it over the counter. He uses it regualrly and although his hair is a bit wispy it's quite full.
