distinxtion of negative and affirmative side of euthanasia

Euthenasia is legal in Holland. Unfortunately, it is being used to get rid of the elderly. Doctors are pressured to kill any elderly who can no longer take care of themselves. The elderly are also pressured to go away and leave their children with fewer problems. Human life has been reduced there to simple economics. How can that be affirmative?

By presenting the 2 schools of thought...
While one school of thought says that euthanasia is immoral and ilegal...
A second school of thought holds that euthanasia is a matter of an individual choice. When all other options have been exhausted and waiting for death is painful...then should an individual have the right to speed up the inevitable?

If someone kills me, that's bad. If someone kills someone else, that's not quiet so bad.
