I think he might likes you...most of the time that's usually why a guy stares at you. He wouldn't be staring if he thought you were ugly. Sounds like he thinks your hot. If you like him too, stare back and smile. If you're not interested pretend not to notice him, frown, look away, roll your eyes and just totally ignore him. He'll get the hint either way.

You might know if he stares at you affectionatly, maybe if you look at him, he will blush, maybe if he gives you that sexy look, and at no one else, you know what i mean ~LOL~, anyways, if you catch him looking checkin ur body out, then you'll know, just talk to him and ask him if he likes you like that, maybe somethin more than just a friend, girl, if you think he cute, then just go for it!
