I wasn't going to answer this, but after reading that whole chicken suit thing I got such a visual...LOL
A visual of a chicken suited person (doing everything you said) moon walking down at the Mall ROFLMAO Yea DC police would think you were on something, it would be possible that you would be accused of being friends with Mayor Marion Barry. ;)
Anyways, the point is this might just work, and to be honest might be the only thing that will wake them up!!
But I suggest you do the Anthem in English, if you were to sing it in Portuguese they really would most likely think your off your rocker or on some kind of substance.
BTW I'm stocked up on Jell-o if any is needed.......

Haha yeah that'd be an idea! It would seriously take another attack on hundreds of thousands of innocent Americans to get some real attention though, other than some chuckles.
