we just went to oahu on our honeymoon last year. It rains sometimes in september, so be prepared. The weather is humid but bearable. Shorts, a t-shirt, and sandals work great. I do recommend you take a swim suit too and maybe some snorkel gear.

Wear whatever you wear during the summer season there. For men, aloha shirts, for women mu'u-mu'us!! Either bring or buy a bathing suit. The prices really aren't that bad in Hawaii, you can get loads of t-shirts at very reasonable prices at any ABC store! Bring a light sweater/jacket with you just in case!!

Anything that YOU would be comfortable wearing in 75 to 85 degree weather and high humidity. I've seen people using open umbrellas in both rain and sun. Don't dress to impress, dress for personal comfort.
... better hurry though... as of this writing, there are only 5 days left in September :o)

Anything you will wear during summer at your location will work just fine. Once you get there, if you want, you can also get some Aloha Shirts for a man or Aloha dresses for woman.... you can go everywhere with sandals/slippers. And please don't forget to take your shoes off before you enter a house.

Anything you would wear at your home during the summer. (shorts or capris & t shirts or polos, flip flops, or sandals) Just remember to pack a rain poncho or packable umbrella just in case. And a sweater or light jacket is always a good idea for overly cool air conditioned restaurants.

It is hot in Hawaii 27/7/365 (except at the top of most volcanos) so dress for HOT weather.

Sandals, shorts and t-shirt, sun dress. I go every year. Have fun. The weather will be spectacular! If you need a swimsuit, wait to buy one there, they have a fantastic selection at the stores there!
