Youth mouth heals faster than any other part of your body, give it a few days. Kanka (a liquid) or Benzodent (a paste) will numb the area in the mean time. I wouldn't remove the buds, as you could be doing more damage!

Not a whole lot you can do about them, I actually clip mine off, don't ask, long story. But they sell this stuff called Kanka in any store, it comes in like a pen with a brush on the end and it basically numbs the area. Hope that helps. I would not recommend clipping them off.

I always get them after eating something really salty, like potato chips. Usually, I take out my tweezer, and just pull out the swollen bud. I know it sounds weird, and it takes a bit of practice, but I feel soooo much better afterwards.

I pull mine off too like duoak does. It does feel better, but it usually bleeds. In the long run, it feels better though, it's not bugging me in my mouth.

put spinach in your mouth and hopefully the e coli will take the swelling down but i am afraid you will have to go to hospital with e coli but at least you will be able to taste the hospital food
