The son of my sister has the same attitude,, You know what,, there's nothing that we can do, than being patience. I think that kinda child have more sensitive feeling, and fortunately, they are smart someways. They learn something very fast. Maybe something you can try is to find something that interest him very much. Try to run his concentrate to that. Maybe he'll be a little bit calm. Don't force him for anything. Please be patience, avoid ur emotions to yell at him. Coz, if u yelled once, than there will be twice or third times. And it's very bad for him pshycologicly. Ok, Good luck you mommies..

well, it could be his age. I have a 3yr. old(only child) too. she tends to get wild most of the time. I just have to take her outside or somewhere to play and burn some energy. and, they have a lot of energy burn. it helps her settle down when she has played or ran around at the park. some fast foods places have in-side play areas now. so, I take her to those sometimes when the weather outside is bad.

1- Control him...don't let him control you.
2- Allow a good amount of time for physical activities. He needs physical activities.
3- Give him certain times where he can AND cannot make noise.
